Our first London XForms User Group took place last night, and our hosts at Skills Matter made a video of the talk. It provides an introduction to XForms with demos, as well as looking at how XForms can even be used to develop desktop applications.
The video is at London XForms User Group: XForms and the next generation of web applications.
The sample markup and demos are a little difficult to see, but each of the tutorials used is on this site. So if you want to follow along, the order in which the tutorials appear in the presentation, is:
- Localise your forms
- Tooltips
- Limit the length of submitted data
- Easy map controls with Ubiquity XForms
Anyone is welcome to join the London XForms User Group, even if you're not based in London. And if you can make it, we'd love to see you at the next meeting, XForms and the Insurance Industry.

I plan to check out these
I plan to check out these demos as soon as possible. Do you know of any other places I can get more information about this? I would love to get started, but would like to talk to some other members first. plastic injection molding
